The City of Allentown Bureau of Recycling and J.P. Mascaro & Sons Inc. received Curbside, Drop-off, Recycling Education and Commercial Program awards for their binder of educational materials, addition of milk cartons and juice boxes to the collection program, Halloween parade float and "Do the Right Thing" pledge in schools.
